By accessing or using Polystro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Polystro is a desktop application that provides isolated development environments with per-project port management, browser identities, and parallel AI agent execution via git worktrees.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Polystro offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before renewal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Polystro for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to reverse-engineer the software, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
6. Intellectual Property
Polystro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Polystro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your code and project files remain entirely yours.
7. Limitation of Liability
Polystro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
